Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

We understand that you may change your mind. Orders can be cancelled by the customer only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at officialcalviarvistan@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the items, you will need to receive the package and follow our standard Returns process.

Cancellation by Calviar Vistan

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or out of stock items
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Inability to deliver to the provided address

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled by us, or successfully cancelled by you before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for timelines on when the funds will reflect in your account.
