Refund policy

At Calviar Vistan, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • Product should be in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email or phone within 3 days of delivery

  • Share your Order ID and clear images of the product (if applicable)

  • Our team will verify and arrange pickup or guide you further

4. Return Charges

  • Free return for damaged or incorrect items

  • A nominal return fee of ₹100–₹150 may apply in other valid cases

5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

6. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

  • You may be asked to share your payment details securely

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
