Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely. Your card or account will be charged at the time of order placement for prepaid orders.

Failed Payments & Duplicate Charges

If your payment fails during checkout, please try again. If your account was debited but the order failed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few business days. For duplicate charges, please contact us with proof of deduction, and we will initiate a refund for the extra amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Restrictions

COD is available for orders up to a maximum value of ₹5,000. A convenience fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders.

Currency and Taxes

Your payment security is our priority. Online transactions are routed through secure, encrypted payment gateways provided by Shopify and our partners (like Razorpay). Calviar Vistan does not store your credit card or sensitive payment information.
